I took this photograph on a walk with my daughter right in the depths of the first pandemic lockdown. The government at the time were telling people ‘Only work if you must’.
When I saw this essential work in this field in Worth Matravers, rural Dorset I thought “How can these people not work, everything will fall apart if they don’t.”
